I ordered from hoooyi the pricing wasn’t confusing at all. I liked that I could see the item price, shipping, and any discounts before I paid. I didn’t see no random add-ons popping up at the last second, which matters a lot to me. Checkout was simple, and the total matched what I expected. That ain’t always the case these days, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"I got two shirts from HOOOYI..."
I got two shirts from HOOOYI, and the fabric is really soft, not scratchy at all. I wore one the whole day and it stayed comfortable the entire time. My brother even felt the material and said it seemed way nicer than he expected.

"Tracking was okay, just a bit laggy"
The order tracking did work in the end, but the updates were slow. It stayed on the same status for a few days, which was kind of annoying, and then out of nowhere it suddenly showed movement. The package did arrive, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah, the tracking could definitely be better. Not a terrible experience, just a little confusing while waiting.

"Pretty smooth exchange overall"
I had to exchange a shirt because the sizing was a little bit off. Their reply took about a day, but they were really clear about what I needed to do and sent the new one after I mailed the first one back. It wasn’t super fast, but it all worked out fine. I’d definitely order again, I’d just be extra careful checking the size next time...

"Got my refund, but it was a hassle"
I did get my refund in the end, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I expected. Support did reply, just slowly, and I had to keep checking in more than I should’ve. it felt like extra work on my end for something that should’ve been straightforward

"Ridiculously good value for the price"
I ordered a couple of shirts from hoooyi i’m happy with them. The prices were so low that I wasn’t expecting much, but the quality ended up being better than I thought. The fit is decent, they look nice, and for what I paid, it’s kind of ridiculous how good the value is. I’d definitely buy again.

"Showed Up Late, But It Worked Out"
I was waiting around for it to arrive and started to get a little annoyed when it was later than expected. But once it finally showed up, everything was fine and the item itself was okay. Not the smoothest delivery experience, but in the end it worked out.

"Decent site, but kind of clunky"
The website works okay overall, but it’s definitely not the smoothest experience. I was able to find what I needed after clicking around for a bit, though some of the pages felt cluttered and the filters didn’t really help much. Checkout was easy enough, which I appreciated. Still, the layout could be cleaner and the pages could load faster. Also, I’m tired of getting those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses whenever there’s an issue. It just feels a bit lazy. Not a terrible experience, just average

I was able to find most of what I was looking for, which was a relief because I’m kind of tired of checking five different sites just to see what’s actually in stock. A couple of sizes were sold out, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The site was simple enough to browse and check availability. Overall, good experience

Shipping was really fast. I placed the order, figured I’d be waiting a bit, and then suddenly it was already here. i kind of forgot I was even tracking it for a minute, so it was a nice surprise when it showed up so quickly.

"pretty happy with my shirts"
i grabbed a couple shirts from hoooyi and they turned out better than i expected. the material feels nice and the stitching still looks good after a wash. one of them fits a bit tighter than i’d usually go for, but it’s still totally wearable. overall, i’m happy with the order and i’d probably buy from them again.

"Pretty much exactly what I was looking for"
I ordered a shirt from hoooyi and it was just like the listing said. I usually only really pay attention to the fit, color, and fabric when I’m buying clothes online, and those all matched what I expected. The size was right, the color looked the same as the photos, and the material felt about how it was described. Nothing weird or surprising, which I appreciated.
